WHAT IS REPACKING?
Upon request, we repack your parcel(s) to either reduce the weight and/or dimensions to make delivery cost cheaper, or to protect the contents of your parcel. We may also repack your parcel(s) to make them export compliant.
Our packing experts will make sure that your items are well protected so they are as safe as possible while in transit. Repacking is free to our Gold and platinum members. Basic members pay for repacking.
When your orders and parcels have been delivered, you may request for repacking before they are sent out. We however do not always repack by default, some items are required to be kept in their original factory packaging, for example, we cannot remove laptops, tablets and phones from their original factory packaging.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE ITEMS WE CANNOT REPACK
- Electronics (laptops, kitchen appliances, tablets, etc.)
- Computer and electrical components/parts
- Computer accessories and peripherals (mouse, keyboard, etc.)
- Any other parts or accessories such as headphones
- Auto/ car parts
- Speciality footwear
- Jewellery and watches
