Prohibited items are either considered not to be export worthy or illegal. MyUKCart will not send out and may discard items which are not export worthy and if an item is found to be illegal MyUKCart will hand it over to law enforcement agencies for further investigations.

RESTRICTED ITEMS

Restricted items may require special handling before they can be exported. Restricted items include, but not limited to, alcoholic beverages, jewellery and some electronic devices. Some countries do not allow importation of restricted items and while some carriers may accept them if they are handled to comply with their export requirements, others do not accept them at all.

We offer no insurance or compensation for damage to restricted items in transit. We do however offer compensation for loss on certain items. Please contact us before you buy any item you think might be restricted.
