After all your parcels have been received by us, it is now time for you to release them to your home country. When parcels are received by us, we only add them in a way for you to know which parcels have arrived. If you want to release them, please send us an email or a contact us message to request a release. What we then do is consolidate or repackage your parcels to be well protected for the transit.

Navigate to SEND2ME in the top menu and click on PARCELS IN MY SUITE.

Log in to your account with your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Lost your password” link for help to reset it. If you are still unable to log in, please contact us for further help.

Once logged in, you will be shown the parcels in your suite. Here are the guiding steps to releasing your parcels.

Once your parcels are all consolidated and ready to release, the consolidated version will be separately added to your online suite. This time, it will have a picture similar to the kind of box we used to package/consolidate it and will also have a tick box for you to tick, click to SEND TO ME and then continue to release by clicking View Cart. If you have more than one box, you will see all of them with tick boxes.

At the Cart page, you will see a summery of the items/parcels to be released. You can add more items by going back to the parcels in your suite or you can remove items by clicking on the X next to the relevant item. You could also leave the item in your basket for release at another date. Once ready to proceed, click to PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

At the checkout page, please follow the usual checkout process and enter your name, billing address, email address and contact number in the relevant fields. We have placed an address field at the top which may help make it easier to enter your address. You may start to enter your full address in this bar and see if Google is able to complete or suggest a correct one for you to choose from. If not, please check the address fields and enter the correct address manually.

Once complete click to progress to the next screen – the Shipping address and customs section.

At this shipping address section, please tick the box to provide a different shipping address if it is different from the the one you entered in the previous billing section. It is very common that the billing address is also the delivery address; hence the tick box is not ticked by default.

Another important sub-section here is the fields for customs information. We require that you provide a description of the items in the parcel you are releasing. Examples can be “car parts – steering wheel”, “children’s cloths and shoes”, etc. We also need the total value of the items in the parcel. As this parcel is coming into your country from another country, the customs authority require these information before they can accept and release your parcel. We advise that you provide the correct information in these fields so that there may not be any delays or problems between the customs authority and yourself. There may also be fees charged based on the description and value you provide in this section.

If you are struggling with this, we may be able to help advise. Once you are ready to progress from here, click CONTINUE to take you to the payment screen.

At the payment section, you will receive a list of available shipping options our courier has at your address provided before. While there may be several options for a few areas, there may be only the one for most others. Either way, please check and select the right shipping option.

After this, you can tick the box to say you have read and agree to our terms and conditions. The payment button will now be shown for you to click to pay. We prefer payment by PayPal for several, possibly, obvious reasons. It is available in most countries and you do not need to have an account with PayPal in order to continue to pay as you can use the Pay with Debit or Credit Card option to pay as a guest. If you already have an account with PayPal, you may already know how to use it.

Please provide all the necessary fields on the PayPal page including your email address and contact number as these are used to notify you of the payment details as well as important information about the conditions of their service – including your protection as a consumer.

Once your payment has gone through, you will receive some emails from both MyUKCart and PayPal to confirm your order. You can now sit back and leave the rest to us. If there are any issues with the order, we will work with you to resolve it. We may also ask for certain ID information which may be required by the customs authority in your country.
