Yes. You can cancel your MyUKCart membership anytime without any liabilities by giving us written notice (email, fax or letter). Upon cancellation, you will receive a prorated refund on any unused portion of your available funds. Refunds will be processed within twelve(12) business days of cancellation. If you cancel your membership, MyUKCart reserves the right to refuse to accept any mail and/or package that will be delivered to your suite after the cancellation date.

No. All Shop4Me orders must come to our facility first. This is to ensure that all orders received are accurate before sending them out.
Yes you can. However, we do not participate in bidding on members’ behalf so always choose “Buy Now” items when submitting orders from auction sites such as Ebay. The Ebay item or seller must be located in the UK and it is your responsibility to ensure that items you choose are in stock. If an item is sold out, we will cancel that item and credit your wallet with the refund.
No. We are only able to buy from merchants within the UK.
No. We only accept parcels that originate from merchants within the UK. If any parcel arrives at our facility originating from outside the UK, it will be returned or discarded.
Most online stores have standard delivery of 3-5 working days, however, bear in mind that some orders may take up to 15days to be delivered. You will have the option of choosing expedited delivery during checkout if that option is available. Occasionally some merchants may delay delivery, if this happens we will email you to let you know.
Once payment is cleared, your order will be processed within 24hrs when placed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1400hrs (UK time) on Friday will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed on holidays will also processed on the next working day.
Yes, you can, for as long as the order has not been processed. When you cancel your order, your payment will refunded to your account.
If an item in your order is not in stock at the time of processing your order, we will notify you and you will have the option of continuing the rest of the order without the out-of-stock item or cancelling the entire order. Your account will be credited with the appropriate refund.
MyUKCart will be happy to return any item in accordance with the store’s return policy. However, you will bear the cost of returning the item to the vendor. Once the vendor receives your return and processes your refund, your account will be duly credited with the refund amount. Actual weight is the weight of the package when you weigh it on a scale.
Dimensional Weight, also known as “volumetric weight”, is the weight based on the size or volume of the package. Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length, width and height of the package. Below is a standard formula for calculating dimensional weight;
L(cm) x W(cm) x H(cm) / 5000 = weight in kg

You will be charged the billable or chargeable weight. Once the dimensional weight is calculated, it will be compared with the actual weight and the greater of the two will be used to determine the billable or chargeable weight.
Between the actual weight and the dimensional weight, whichever is greater will be the weight you will be charged.

No. MyUKCart cannot export prescription medicines. We do not accept prescription medicines so please do not send any prescription medicines to your MyUKCart suite.
Non-prescription or over the counter medicines can be exported provided they comply with the UK Food and Drugs Administration guidelines. Over the counter medications must be in their original packaging and must originate from a UK seller. MyUKCart is not able to export non-prescription or over the counter medications that originates from sellers outside the UK.
Yes. We offer airfreight services for consignment weighing 100kg and above. Airfreight is generally less expensive than courier and is quite economical when sending heavier goods. Transit times for regular airfreight is 7-10days.
Please note that airfreight consignments must comply with all export guidelines of the nominated carrier. The consignee is responsible for clearing the consignment when it arrives at the destination airport.

Declaring the contents of your package is mandatory export/import customs requirement.
Declare total value of your parcel by entering the total invoice value of the parcel in the Declare Total Value section. If there is no invoice, enter the market value of the items. Declaring the value of your package is a mandatory customs export/import requirement.
While the delivery cost includes all handling fees and export charges, you may still be responsible for payment of import duties and taxes that may be levied against your package by your local customs. It is your responsibility to contact customs in your country when your package is held for payment of import duties and taxes. MyUKCart is not responsible for payment of import duties and taxes.
Some couriers may also charge you brokerage and/or handling fee for clearing your package through customs. MyUKCart does not pay these fees, the recipient does.
Custom delays are completely out of our control therefore, we cannot guarantee how long it will take customs in your country to release your package. MyUKCart is not responsible for any delays associated with customs in destination country.
