Remember to always drop us an email to ExpectMyShopping@MyUKcart.com to tell us of parcels we should expect. You can just forward the email you received when you made the order to us and we will update you once we receive the order. We can also chase it up for you in case we have not received it when expected.

When your order has been delivered to your UK address, we will receive and check it to be in an acceptable condition. Once logged, we will also reply to the notification you sent to expectmyshopping email address. You can then log in to your account and go to parcels in my suite to release the parcels you want us to send to you using your preferred courier method from the available options.
